Installing

  1. Check Requirements & compatibility first. Most failed installs are a Java or server-software mismatch, not a bug.
  2. Download the jar for your Minecraft version.
  3. Stop the server. Do not hot-swap the jar with /reload — it leaves stale classes loaded and produces confusing errors.
  4. Put the jar in plugins/.
  5. Start the server.

Confirm it loaded

/plugins

The plugin should be listed in green. If it is red or missing, check the console for the reason and see Troubleshooting.

What gets created

On first start:

plugins/ProjectOne/
├── config.yml # see the config reference
├── messages.yml # user-facing text
└── data/ # storage, if using SQLite

Permissions

Nothing works until operators or a permission plugin grant the nodes. See Permissions — a fresh install where "no commands work" is almost always missing permissions.
